John Beckley, VP Business Development
John has over 20 years of experience in cultivating market research partnerships with a broad range of industry verticals including financial services, management consulting, advertising, casual dining, and travel. John brings this knowledge and passion to each individual in every account he serves providing the the tools needed to get results. John holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Christi Trotter, Director Client Services
With 17 years of full-service market research and operations experience, Christi brings a client-first, results- oriented approach. Previously as Manager, Client Services with Research Now, she developed a new business unit supporting research from channels outside of the MR sector. Prior to this, Christi was at M/A/ R/C Research for seven years and was responsible for management of custom initiatives for Bank of America, Hilton, Marriot, Dell Computers,TXU, 3M,Verizon, and Boise Cascade.

Glenn Scheithauer, Director of Technology Services
Glenn has been at the heart of Carbonview becoming a technical leader in the Market Research industry. His degree in Computer Science has allowed him to tackle any and all challenges of a technical nature. From websites, interactive survey components, complex survey algorithms and data manipulation scripts to full-featured web and client applications, he has always been able to adapt to any situation with his vast technical skillset, providing the cornerstone of Carbonview’s technical offerings.

Keith Burtis, Director of Marketing & Communications
Keith has been working in the digital marketing space for 15 years and ran his first digital campaign test on AOL in 1998. Keith has a Masters in Digital Analytics certificate from the University of British Columbia. Keith is also an original member of the Digital Analytics Association and is a regular speaker at conferences like Blog World and South by Southwest Interactive.
