While we utilize Confirmit as our primary survey application, and are a charter member of the Confirmit Advisory Board, it is only a small portion of our technology platform. In addition, we are one of only 35 companies worldwide that have licensed Confirmit for use on in-house servers. This enables us to integrate online surveys directly with anything you need. Some of our most recent applications have dealt with conjoint applications, real-time audio/video capture, interactive website measurement and real-time custom algorithm and segmentation just to name a few.
Our platform resides in data centers across the country, with multiple layers of security maintained for both the network and the data we collect. Our systems and processes are fully HIPAA/SOX compliant. We review and audit these systems routinely to maintain compliance.
